I'm sure I'm probably not using the correct terminology for these errors, but there seem to be multiple events on this coin. At 4 oclock and at the steps of the building on the reverse there are holes or missing metals along with the coin being either struck off center or braud struck. What do you gentlemen see and is this a gradable coin in your opinion? Thank you in Advance,
Bradley S. Breitkreuz

Looks like an incuse mark, meaning the coin was damage from a collision with another coin. (Bag mark) A Cud is when a die breaks off at the edge of the die, leaving a huge void:

When this happens the outside edge of the coin will be affected and the opposite side of the coin can also be affected.
