hokiefan_82 Pillar of the Community United States 3650 Posts	Posted 06/15/2023 7:15 pm Two new fractional notes arrived today, along with a coin which will be posted in the appropriate topic later. The first is a 10 cents first issue, Fr#1241, with perforated edges and no monogram. I really like the looks of this one - it has full perforations but the centering is a bit off which likely prevented a gem designation. The other is a 50 cent third issue green-back Spinner, Fr#1339. While it doesn't have an EPQ designation as the majority of my fractional notes have, I thought it was a pleasing example. Member of SPMC, FCCB, ANA and ANS.
