Looks like it was struck through a little something on the obverse by the back of his neck/hair. figured I'd share and see what you all thought

I don't see any displaced metal.
Might have been Struck Through a bit of grease or grit.
Too minor to really add any value.

I'm leaning toward a 'shallow' strike through. Would prefer to see it in-hand.

Good close-up might help.

I wonder why the 'I' or 'B' or the rim are not disturbed. Especially the 'B'. The rim looks pristine and untouched at all.

Well that does look like a struck through gritty grease. My apologies, when I sat that thing at the top of the coin, I got tunneled in and forgot to look at the back of the neck.

Incuse marks would be struck through debris. The roughness of the wad of what ever left that mark on the fields. If it wasn't there during the strike, the coin would have been normal. Not a premium for this, it make the coin a problem coin. So it is not a plus for the coin. Even if the debris was there, it probably would not raise eyebrows.
