@its, I definitely see the doubling that you are talking about on IGWT, but rather than the result of a doubled die, it looks more like Machine Doubling to me. It is steplike and the devices are narrowed.

Also the outside edges are affected on one side. Just the dreaded Machine Doubling. A doubled die can have Machine Doubling, but Machine Doublingnever makes a doubled die. The die is doubled on a doubled die. That is the difference.
For immediate answers when you think you may have a doubled die, RPM, or OMM< check out varietyvista.com. They are all listed, with pictures, by denominaiton, date and mint mark.
If its not there, then you likely have some kind of non-error doubling such as MD, Die Deterioration etc.
