At the same time, I find myself disappointed with the look of modern proof coins. They're almost "too" perfect? It's akin to the difference between listening to a vinyl album and a CD. Digital music is clean, but lacks the background noise and depth of the analog version that I prefer. A classic Morgan, with it's cartwheel luster (imperfections) and hand-worked dies is tough to beat in my book. Both the Morgan and the Peace coins seem to be flawless. These are the best coins I've had from the mint in the last few years. Again, I hope you enjoy my images! Morgans are paid for but no shipping info yet. I wish they were the old-style proofs and not the laser etched ones that look pebbly. That said, I am happy the mint is making them.
