Hmm....I wonder if more are being returned or orders cancelled. Does anyone know if the big dealers who buy directly from the mint, can they do returns? misfit Valued Member United States 135 Posts	Posted 08/20/2023 5:22 pm I received 3 of each of the morgan and 3 peace proofs. Cloudy/hazing in the mirror field finish on three coins (all on obverse), 2 peace and 1 morgan. So I'm returning 3 of the 6 coins. the other 2 morgans and 1 peace looked beautiful. I was considering sending the 2 better of 3 morgans and 2 of the better Peace dollars to PCGS. However I think it might be easier and more cost effective to put the refund $$$ toward purchase of slabbed morgans and peace proofs from APMEX or Pinehurst. The hazy/cloudy areas on proofs is one of the reasons I stopped purchasing the annual proof sets. Strange though, I've been fortunate I've not seen the issue on silver eagle proofs.
