It's early but on PCGS population, if I did math right, so far Morgan UNC grade 69 or lower are about 5%, Peace UNC 69 or lower about 7.3%. Much better than the problems with 2021 D Morgan that got about 38% 69 or lower grade. A brief look at bullion and proof Silver Eagles shows some years 69 grade or lower between 12% to 17%. Also only lint on the capsule, not in it. I still don't like the packaging at $80 or $56 over the spot price I expect nicer packaging which doesn't shed as much. I miss the days when the Mint coins were 2X spot and came in nice packaging, now they are 3X spot and come in shoddy/cheap packages.
