Isn't that "more" than just an off-center strike? I have seen them called something else when the rim pushes up into a bowl shape but can't remember, looks like a giant Rim Fin. |

If it were my coin, I would measure the width of the struck portion (in mm), divide that by 19.05 and label it as "struck XX% off-centre. Thanks all. I do not have a caliper so estimate with a ruler is that the struck portion is ~16mm. So that puts it at ~16% offset.
