Identify Signatures On Mauritius Banknotes

Back in 2014 I wrote a post here identifying the signatures on Mauritius Banknotes

I have been trying to identify the full name of the governors who signature appears on the notes for Mauritius and Ceylon

For example the P 21a(2) 1931 2 Rupees is signed W.W. Woods and F.G. Tyrell.

The names are Wilfred Wentworth Woods and Francis Graeme Tyrrell

This has involved going through ancestry data, local newspapers, almanacs, British colonial government publications.

I am pleased to have completed my list of Ceylon but I am still missing some names for Mauritius.

If someone can help identify the full names of the following persons it would be helpful.

1902 - George E Dickens, James J Brown
1942 - S. Moody, John Kemble Ramsden
1950 - Bates, Hermans
2018 - ?, Yandraduth Googoolye, Mohammed Iqbal Belath
