Here's my only commemorative note from Fiji:

I like commemorative notes issued for use by the general public but I did not buy the above Y2K note b/c it commemorated the year 2000. TBH, I bought it b/c it was UNC & cheap (a lot cheaper than P-103 the non-circulating $2000 note!). The $2000 note has zero collector interest to me (b/c it wasn't issued to general population). It was made for an elite segment of the population who don't know what to do with their money. 99% of these people have never opened up a SCWPM, rarely peruse the CCF (or forums) b/c they don't care what they collect. And the sad thing about these big notes is that after they sell them, there's typically a whole plethora of commemoratives appear (like in the Philippines).
If it is non-circulated, then I want a perfect PMG UNC70 with a star! I know that may sound extreme but if you're going to charge me that kind of money for a limited edition note, then it better be flawless delivered by the bank governor him/herself
