That's a nice set marckdaniels. The toonie, loonie and quarter are NII. Does it have a W mint mark on the obverse? Indicates Winnipeg Mint.

Please keep this open until 31 Jan 2023 or later for our remaining participants.

Meanwhile, that is definitely beautiful coin set I ever seen! I am happy for our member Marcksdaniel.

What is the white line running through the coin set?

Yes, please do explain what NII means?

I must admit this Santa Exchange is one of the best ones in some years!

I wonder what NII means too!

No "W", that would have made it incredible special!

The white line is just a reflection of a crappy photo

N.I.I. means - Not issued individually, but included in a set of some nature.

The "W" in PL65 might be $10

@marckdaniels -

That's a very nice coin set! Canada has great coin designs, and looks like you got some that are only available in the set.

I wonder whether you'll break open the package and put the coins in 2 x 2s?

(I can never bring myself to crack open any set, not ven common date mint sets)

Thanks for explaining NII mcshilling. The polar bear toonie and caribou quarter were replaced by commems for circulation in 2000 and the 2000 loonie was not released at all for circulation.

For anyone interested, I made a video under microscope for the beautiful Canadian set I got!
You can watch it here:

I am intrigued now to compare the bimetallic 2 dollars, the center seems a bit misaligned, don't know if that is normal. And also, in the one dollar coin, seems to be some damage between OLL (from dollar)

Sorry about the quality, tried to clean the plastic as much as I could! Focusing different heights was hard

Dear guys, a package sent by Carrigna just arrived to my hometown and will be delivered today or on Monday. I'll be back to my home next week and will post pictures once I am back.

Thank you Carrigna and all others whose gifts has arrived or not for sending to me. Its rather embarassing to say it's the third package I got this year.

@molydeii, That's great that you would get your package today or on Monday!

@rggoodie or our beloved Santa, I propose that we keep this Santa Exchange post open until we see goodies from our remaining recipients.

What do you think?

Belated Happy New Year to all of us! May all of us be blessed with good health, much happiness, a lot of love, and prosperity always!

Kind regards.
