Hi Ray, I don't think that's a DDO, looks more like circulation flattening. The 36 DDO is unmistakable imho.

Not a DDO IMO, just some DDD present on LIBERTY.

There are 2 DDO's for this year, 001 being the big one with the largest spread and as jadenusa said, unmistakable. It's a actually quite a common DDO, and relatively "easy" to cherrypick. I think I've got a half dozen or so in F-AU. DDO-002 has a moderate spread to LIBERTY, but not as drastic in the date. In my experience, tougher to find than 001.
