Here Is A 1987 D Mint With Some Doubling (Cent)

CharPDX214 Valued Member United States 113 Posts	Posted 11/27/2022 12:22 am I have questions in regards to the mint mark and the marks on the back of the coin. The mint mark looks to be doubled but there is some dirt in there also? I also see some globs of something over the T and E in the word united not sure what they are.
