Got this San Marino replica.
Can anyone tell me more about them or point out to a link online.
Mostly I'm interested is it made of silver or just silver plated?

Thanks #129303;

@mvo, first step is to see if a magnet is attracted to it. If not, then I recommend doing a specific gravity test.

The color is wrong and definitely resemble the massive produced super counterfeits in the market

I would ask for your money back. Would not even bother about the silver aspect.

@Spence its not magnetic, weight 22.5g if I remember correctly and I got an acid test and it is at least silver plated, but in order to see if its silver all the way in I have to scratch it deep in, which I'm not so keen doing...
So I thought maybe someone else had a similar fake, or they got some info on who made them or in what composition ...

@gxseries Well it is a counterfeit for sure, as I said acid test positive for silver but like I said it could be just silver plated...
And I bought it in a junk lot so no need in returning it back lol

If it was centrifugally pressure die cast, the diameter may be a little less than for genuine.
Need accurate weight and density measurements.

As gxseries has indicated, confirm the differences in the 'B' compared with pictures of a known genuine coin.
