It looks Greek... I have seen that face on Greek coins before, I forget who it represents. The dolphin obverse is also typical of ancient Greek coins. Not much more I can tell you lol... In order to see the photos directly in this forum you have to post the link listed on the "Direct" line of the imageshack dialog box.

First off to the forum
I do have some information on this coin as I have a coin exactly like this one,
This is an Istros starter dated 400 - 350 B.C.
Obv :2 young heads 1 upside down the other right side up
Rev :sole eagle standing on and attacking dolphin
I(M(on its side))TPIH ____ IMTPIH

This example isn't as clear as yours also it could be a B.C.forgery as it could have a copper core judging from the copper spots or copper has rubbed of from another coin in the hord that it was found in I hope.
