Although I have not seen any in everyday commerce those of you who do bank roll searches of Kennedy halves should be aware that according to the US Mint production figures total combined mintage of P and D for 2023 is very high --- over 50 million with each mint ranging between 20 - 30 million. I would expect this of a Kennedy half from the early 1980's rather than 2023. Guess they are putting them in circulation. |

After a 4 day 3 night stay in a hospital due to needing a emergency surgery operation I got a 2023 D Jovita Idar Quarter in the pharmacy when I picked up my prescriptions.

Turns out I had an infected gallbladder and it started to affect my pancreas and liver.
I started to turn jaundice.
So I now no longer have a gallbladder.
