It is a dime with a die chip,not much if any premium.

You are correct in your attribution. These are quite common on modern dimes and have no numismatic premium.

Correct, a die chip, as mentioned, fairly common on these dimes. No premium, sorry.

But not a premium. These will remain and get even more before the die is retired. It is a die event.
