Just looking on ebayand seen this...
https://www.ebay.com/itm/266154802561
It is listed as a 7 over 8 TF and by the picture it looks like it is. How can it be graded by NGC as a 8TF?

The experts at NGC just made a mistake that somehow got through quality control.

It is in fact a 7/8. NGC may have required submission with Variety Plus to have the 2 most common varieties attributed (7/8 strong, 7/8 weak) but I have never submitted one to NGC so I don't know if that is an extra cost service or if they just didn't put it on the label. I would suspect that's more likely since with V+ they would have presumably listed the relevant VAM as well.

That being said, coin looks overgraded (looks like a 62 at best) and is definitely overpriced (you can buy a nice PCGS or NGC 63 with correct label for $350-$375.)
