I don't see a profit in making a fake coin in that condition. That silver mix is prone to making the coins look like that over the years and it is not worth a lot in that grade. They would have faked it much better then that as there would be no profit unless you mass produced the coin and then there would be a record of that exact fake in multiple examples well known. Now if that was a super rare coin sure making it in that grade might make sense as it is worth for the rarity. But this coin, like the one below which looks about int he same condition, is real in my opinion.

A while ago, there was some controversy with me about another certain piece, perhaps it was really fake, so I got a little upset, so I wrote in this post that it is fake, which it is not, I know, my friend. I will show you another piece in which you might see something special and give me your opinions about it.

The second coin you posted is not Nero, it is Hadrian:
