That silver mix is prone to making the coins look like that over the years and it is not worth a lot in that grade. They would have faked it much better then that as there would be no profit unless you mass produced the coin and then there would be a record of that exact fake in multiple examples well known. Now if that was a super rare coin sure making it in that grade might make sense as it is worth for the rarity.
