Kinda like this one, put it in a 2x2 as a filler.

I do not see nothing exceptional here. An zinc coin which has some plating pull up. Another imaginary big error?

It's either a broken post or a well placed die chip. If you like it, keep it. Would you buy this coin? The 2x2 has more value. Coin's value: 1 cent.

Hobbies are about fun. Novelty is fun. Since you like it, then save it and enjoy it. It looks like a broken post on the die to me and would be a good coin for showing an example of this type of die damage.

Die chip (broken post). If you like the coin, keep it--all part of the hobby!

@chadcoins.... Did you compare your coin to the 1983 1¢ WDDO-011 listed on https://doubleddie.com/828823.html ? The obverse die marker.... "A die chip fills the lower 8 in the date."

Would be interesting to see close up pics of the IGWT letters.

coin rejector - here are the pictures you requested. The fonts are a combination of round topped and flattened.

@chad.... Thanks for the additional pics, good quality too. Unfortunately, I'm not seeing the spread on the letters of your coin, like the DDO-011 listed on doubleddie. Still, you have a cool broken post & agree, 2x2 worthy.
