There seem to be an extra small star right next to the regular star to me. I really need more opinions on this coin.
Thank you.

All I remember is it isn't that unusual. Dropped character?

Resembles a star to me. Being its on the edge is a bit different but, why not? Thanks, Doug.

If one is raised, and one is incuse, then it was transferred off another coin edge. These devices should all be incuse on these coins as they were added post strike to the coins. If it were a doubled affect, then all the devices would be showing. (Not just one, on one area) On the Proof dollars, they are added during the strike with three dies in place. (Collar has the devices on it)

On Business strikes they are added later.
