2022 Dr Sally Quarter Die Chip? - Coin Community Forum

It isn't a die chip though. Note the affected area is above the fields and showing incuse marks above fields. Grease and debris on the surface of the coin. If it is incuse/raised lines, then it could be Feeder Finger Damage to the die, move the dies shape on that area of the die.
