What's interesting, Mike, is that sellers are offering more than ten certified proofs or OGP proofs when the mint has a limit of one.
One OGP seller has two available at $229.90 and twenty-two sold (preordered).

The Navy Privy ASE Proof is included in the Numismatic Bulk Purchase Program ( NBPP) and Authorized Bulk Purchase Program (ABPP). . .the dealers & other bulk buyers may lay claim to a significant percentage of the mintage (100,000) before we enter the "waiting room" on Friday. . . the ATS number is 84,400. GLB & MD: I'll be curious to see what the ATS figure is on Friday morning prior to the Noon ET selling window opening.

Thanks Gilly and Mike! I only did 12 years (had planned on going 20+ but a serious injury left me with no choice to be discharged on a medical. (currently rated at 100% with the VA)  Quote:

I wonder how many people will miss out and go to ebay where the going price is three times the mint's price. Some of the sellers claim they have the coins in hand and have posted pictures of the US Mint shipping boxes.
