Dowhat Pillar of the Community United States 882 Posts	Posted 05/03/2023 6:12 pm At first glance, a nice red unc. 1956 D LWC. Closer examination reveals worn out dies. These are only my limited knowledge opinions picked up from this forum. The obverse appears to have a RIDB running across the upper part of the profile running E to W. The west side looks to terminate and begin forming a turn to the north in the direction of "WE"of IGWT. Potential SKH. Cuds on coins revealed nothing comparable unless I missed it. Regarding the reverse, PIDT seems evident here to me. These are just my opinions based on the education provided here, personal opinions as well as provided links. I also suspect a RPM with split upper left serifs, but that is another topic. It is a long list to examine. Am I learning anything or still just seeing things? Hope the images are OK. P.S. Disregard the edge or the dime underneath used to reduce shadows. This is not a reeded cent. Follow the copper. I am to lazy to retake images right now. Report this Post to the Staff

As well as rim to rim die cracks and several other errors. As I mentioned earlier, when and if I am able to identify and verify a RPM, I'll start another topic. Haven't had time yet. Thanks.
