Post Mint Damage or PMD. You really don't need to note that the coin has no mint mark. Most of the time it just means the coin was minted in Philadelphia, but in this case, none of the coins minted in the US in '65, '66 and '67 have mint marks. They stopped using them at the end of 1964 and started again in 1968. There was a huge coin shortage when the mint switched from 90% silver to Clad.
