SteveInTampa Pillar of the Community United States 4637 Posts	Posted 08/24/2023 10:50 pm It's hard to say. It most likely happened during the printing process. It's extremely minor. I couldn't see it on the photo that wasn't enlarged. I'm guessing if you look at notes through a loop, you're going to find minor imperfections. Report this Post to the Staff

The only reason I used the magnifying loop is because I saw the markings with the bill in hand and I wanted a closer look to see if it was ball point pen or something. Report this Post to the Staff
