Since the I of BIBERTY seems to be doing the same thing as the previous BIE I posted could it be a later or earlier stage. I also posted a photo of the columns of both. It seems the mintmark matches up? On the "I" would that be how a bie gets started?

With the billions that were minted I am unbelievably lucky when it comes to BIES. I went to a coin show the last week of July and one dealer who happened to have his store two blocks away said to me. I have almost 200 rolls at my shop because nobody ever asks at a show for rolls. They were mostly 60 through 1964 all very nice red BU and other scattered years . He said I can have everything he has for 2 dollars a roll. He came back with 170 rolls and said give me 300 for all of them. Everywhere I turned I found RPMS and BIES. I have a zip lock bag full of them! (bies I mean) and 3 zip lock bags of RPMS. I went to another table and there was a dealer from Arkansas who was closing up shop after 30 years and sold me 1956-d and 1957-d BU for 6 dollars a roll all unbelievably nice. And 1952-d and 1953-d and 1954-d for 9 dollars a roll. I ran out of money. LOL All these coins he had taken out of original rolls and tubed them because the paper was tearing. In this day and age I will never find a deal like that again. At least I don't think so. And that's where these bies are coming from.
