Makes me sick.

Just wondered if any of the poobahs here thought there was any value here at all?

Close up pics of the date & Liberty would be helpful, make sure its taken out of the coin flip.

No numismatic value if reprocessed, which this one appears to be.

I have a lot of those it seems they like to put those in the do it yourself holders. I have a few sets and they are in there with proof coins I guess the color of real ones would not match the other coins in the sets. I agree though it's such a waste but I don't know what would be better that or rusty coins

to the CCF Are you saying this is a 43 over a 42? Never heard of one. Or are you saying it's a 43 S DDO FS 101

the reprocessing took away any inherent value from this cent.
Can you post up an image of where you see doubling though?

Looks promising for the DDO based on what I can make out, but a close up of the date would be good to confirm. I disagree with coinfrog's comment that the reprocessing completely kills it, but it would definitely be a hard sell and probably not worth nearly as much as it would be if it hadn't been reprocessed.

To CCF! Too bad about it being reprocessed. Can you post a close up on the date?

Thanks!

I'll get a decent shot and post it. It's a no doubter EDS with the tell-tale tab below the 1, the doubling on the inside and outside of the 9 etc. It's why it frustrates me so.
