The note looks to be in great shape and the centering is very good. It's from a large run of 3.2M notes and as John mentioned, it's really not considered a low serial number.

I would keep it. As was pointed out by others it is in great condition and well centered. In the future it will be worth more than face value. Put in a plastic holder or between pages of a book..
