Hello again. Can anyone tell me what's going on here? Lamination error? It doesn't seem to be debris stuck to the coin.

I have the best picks I could get. Then threw on a negative filter and another one that might make it easier to see the details. Obverse also for reference.

Thanks for any insights and information.

From the picture it looks like some foreign substance on the coin. Is it raised above the surface?

It appears to be a dried substance on your coin. Try giving it a soak in 100% pure Acetone.
