1958 D Penny Looks Like A Lower Case "L"

I found this in a sink trap while cleaning the drain, is this a error the "L" in Liberty looks like a lower case "l" also I know thid not a rare coin with value, bu if it was did the value drop because how it looks due to it being in a drain? And NO I did not clean it just dried it off.

being in a drain for perhaps 60 years is about as much cleaning as any coin can get, any deformation on the L is likely from being hit by another coin

The L is struck into the rim. It's a common issue.
