Most likely just a plain old Wheat cent, but wanted to ask if the "bridge" between the L in Liberty and the rim is considered a die chip or Cud? Couldn't find it on Cuds On Coins. Thanks

It is a solid piece of copper, slightly higher than the L and is connected. Thanks E&V
