Basically I see a normal coin.There is some PMD between "we" and "trust" on rim. , The green stuff on top obverse may be Verdigris and might be removed soaking in pure acetone from a hardware store.

I'm seeing a common, circulated '47 D cent with wear, nicks/dings, and some spot crud, Beware Pareidolia.
