Whats-Going-On-With-This-Quarter seems to have a few different issues. First being the obvious. Secind there seems to be a line going through washingtons face. And third there are lines gong almost all the way actoss the quarter. Weight is 5.58 grams. The other side looks the same but with no lines. Perfect except fir the rust color.

Looks like environmental damage like from a metal detector find.
