I've found a handful of 1960 nickels with that doubling next to the 6, none of them are from the same die. I could be mistaken but I think it's very likely that DDO-001 is not actually a DDO.

I found one that looked very much like the DDO listing, but upon further inspection, it was DDD. I think that's a common place for the die to erode as it ages.
