The 1892 Obverses are sometimes hard to discern, due to die wear. If it has the long verticle serif inside the E's of Dei and Regina, it's a 3. Both 2's & 3's have the harsh dimpled throat & chin, but 2's have small serifs on the E's. If it has a smooth, rounded chin & throat, it's a 4. Although there are other major differences, most of the above info can be seen almost at arm's length. Smooth, round throat = 4, large serif's E's = 3, dimpled throat, small serif E's = 2. From a wear standpoint it could probably get an EF-40 grade, maybe a tad better, but the gouges & marks drop it to a VF+ in my opinion.
