Quarter I've held onto for years because of the unusual damage to it. I figure it was probably done by someone who decided to see what would happen if they stacked a few quarters together and struck the stack with a hammer. Closeup's at the end of some of the interesting points. Hope you enjoy the pictures.

what we are missing here is a FULL coin image of both sides. they are VERY helpful on coins that present like this one.
And a nice vise job - you can see that the letters are backwards on this quarter.
