This dollar weights a bit low at 25,91 grams.
And it's pretty circulated coin.
Does this still counts as a normal weight?

Actually that weight is normal for a silver dollar with that much wear, as a mint state fresh coin should weigh in the vicinity of 26.73 grams. As the circulation increases on a coin, naturally its weight should decrease a little bit...

looks pretty nice to me too - weight is only .8g light - withing normal limits.
