Quote: And not to rub it in for those who passed on Kennedy, but it's worth quite a bit more than what I paid for it; I'm far in the black on it even after the Mint markups. That's 20/20 hindsight of course. Yeah. I know.

For those who buy and soon sell, the low mintage releases tend to have more opportunity to flip and make a profit. With just 7.5K these will likely be one. Time will tell.

Quote: For those who buy and soon sell... I'm on the fence on what I'm going to do. Once they get in more hands, they'll probably be on ebay a bit more and I'll have to balance love and money. My thoughts on holding it or selling depends on the ASE scene in the next year. One coin I might want more than anything (ASEs excluded, ASEs always take priority) would be if they had the St Gaudens double eagle as the "Best of the Mint" coin next year. Maybe sell the Sac dollar to make cash for that. I am a little afraid they could have some expensive pairing type of set next year with an ASE. Then that works be priority 1.

No shipment notice but see a tracking number was generated on the order when I logged into my account.
I may get this graded if I think this can get a 70 and decided where to go from there.

I looked again this morning, no charge yet. I've only graded coins with a friend with an account. He dropped his account. I look at the price just to join these grading companies and it's a hard "no" for me. I just don't enjoy slabbed coins I guess and don't see the value.

Quote: Have your been charged yet if I may ask? The pending charge is still showing from when I ordered but it hasn't posted yet. Normally I don't get every coin graded (particularly silver with exceptions), but I seem to get a good appreciation on the value of what I've had graded where the price is worth it. In particular, my 2021 Liberty Bronco (I also got the silver medal graded as a companion).

Quite possibly due to what I'm discussing on another post just now, people trying to order more than one and they are in progress of charging people now and finding shenanigans. I got no problem with a few shenanigans,(like my second order), but you better do it right, they'll catch ya.

I've noticed each day it comes available it's less than 100 so I'm guessing it's orders either the payment method is no longer good or they're catching those ordering several and violating the HHL. Ever since I've seen QC issues with some coins, I have no problem with people finding a way to order 1 or 2 extra to reduce the risk of getting a bad one, just not a fan of those ordering 20. I may or may not have a PO Box that I like to use when I want to order an extra one if there's a release I really like.

I figured, as I mentioned, they'd discover a different credit card is in the same name and address as another order you did.

The credit card I would use allows me to use the POB as the billing address when doing orders except instead of doing PO Box 12345, the address would be the post office's street address and referring to the box as a unit (for both shipping and billing): 123 Main Street Unit 12345 City, ST 11111 This is how the post office instructs you to have UPS/Fedex packages delivered to it also.
