Same country and year, but different denomination from me. You can find a similar piece recently posted by @tdz in the Denars/Pennies super-thread.

I'll be posting coins from Lithuania for another couple days, including this Half Groschen dated 1558:

Lithuanian half groat for me too for 1558 (also showing the difference between cleaned and "au naturel"):   spence has variant with L/LITVA and mine is LI/LITVA
