1964 D Lincoln Memorial Cent / LMC Error On OBV North Of In

Frank Baumann Valued Member United States 451 Posts	Posted 07/21/2024 10:46 am 1964 D error on OBV North of IN. It looks like the top portion of the I and N where the rim should be. Also a portion of the rim seems to be missing. I have seen this on other coins in the pass but never gave it much thought. What can cause this? Let me know. Thanks, Frank B.
