I would call them several times a week asking to speak to a supervisor, if need be on your lunch break, I'd be sending them an email every day telling them you have shared your bad experience online with other collectors and hope you can report a good outcome, I'd write them a letter documenting you did not ask for that shipping. Of course don't loose your temper but as they say the squeaky wheel gets the grease.

Yes, they will! You just need to be diplomatic, persistent and point out what you think they did wrong! At a minimum they should be able to explain to you WHY your item was shipped to you that way.

I must correct my prior statement, they did leave a voicemail that I missed on Monday.

It is always a bummer when these things happen ... Life.

I have had good luck with ANACS ... using a credit card, which offers some protection, might be wise.
