livingwater Pillar of the Community United States 2213 Posts	Posted 08/22/2024 2:12 pm I would call them several times a week asking to speak to a supervisor, if need be on your lunch break, I'd be sending them an email every day telling them you have shared your bad experience online with other collectors and hope you can report a good outcome, I'd write them a letter documenting you did not ask for that shipping.
