This was the last straw for me - I will never use them again. Sent in for an attribution; it was questionable at best. Came back unattributed and detailed - I am fine with both those designation.
But what absolutely ticks me off is they sent it back to me - on my account - next day air morning delivery. $98 flipping dollars - I am LIVID.
Each and every time I have used ANACS with my UPS account they have returned ground which typically costs less than $20 bucks. I'm contesting the charge as they had no authorization to do that.
I'd strongly think twice about EVER using ANACS.

Wow, in your account settings did it somehow get marked to send it back that way? If not, likely an employee made a mistake. I'd want some money refunded too.

I am sure it can all get sorted . I totally disagree with your statement about ANACS . They are far and away the easiest of the grading Services to deal with . Pick up the phone and talk to customer service . If that doesn't work ask to speak to Paul deFelice. Bashing them on the forum will get you absolutely 0 Results!

I've already been charged by shipper, ANACs can't do anything about that.

If you aren't willing to call and talk to them about the issue and find out WHY this happened then YOU have no foundation to complain. If ANACS made a mistake I can see them making a refund or offering you some grading freebies. If you requested expedited return shipping service then YOU messed up. Bashing them here accomplishes nothing even it it makes you feel better.

Wow DOCC, I'm hoping ANACS makes good and offers up some grading credit or refund in the amount of the difference between this current shipping fee and your usual shipping fee.

Cooled down enough to make contact Monday morning. Spoke with a wonderful CS rep who was going to leave a note for her supervisor. Nada, zero, zilch since and as such, my position stands.
