Is the ink an error? Also the R is different from the R on normal Quarter and the word United has tops to it but not on original one

The "R" in quarter has something going on with it, but the pictures are too blurry to see what's going on with it.
Could be a hit from another coin or something else?
Need better pictures to see what's going on.

Just seeing a normal stained quarter so far. You need to work your photos.

Please when you post images, make sure that they are in good focus, rotated up-right correctly, and try to minimize the glare from lighting.
