obv looks XF40 to me. Rev AU50.

i feel comfortable netting it to XF45

With the best part of 4 diamonds and evident luster, I don't see how this could be graded EF.

Color looks off to me but it could just be my eyes and/or the photos.

this was just my opinion. I based it on wear on the feathers. the amount of wear on the lettering and dullness of the surfaces. my overall grade was a net. I can't see higher than AU50 though due to what looks like the original skin is gone. it just has the overall flat/dull look overall. eye appeal is part of grade. I can't rule out that the coin was messed with. A high XF low AU coin should have more life to it
