Found this apparent broken die error in a RCM roll purchased in April. There is an incuse line from the letter "A" in Canada up to the stem and then on to the leaf at a 45 degree angle...

I see... but it looks like an indention rather than a raised crack.

Yea, I think its something associated with the plated steel itself and not die related...just my opinion however.
