I'd guess either just flattened somehow - or Die Deterioration as there is a Ridge Ring forming between IGWT and the 1st 1 in the date. Also the date numerals look to be a bit wider too - so either DD or circ flatness.

It looks more like a grease-filled die than Die Deterioration to me.
