Approximately 32 mm across and very thin. Appears to be silver.

I think that this close @mon, but I'm not sure that this Sassanian Drachm was issued under the authority of Hormizd IV. I'll have to look around a bit, but my recollection is that the crown is the best determinant of ruler.
