IMO, you've got a reasonably good fake. Many of the details on your piece are either too flat or too coarse vs. a genuine coin, however.

The coin does not look correct. I agree with commems about likely not authentic.

I've already started a return claim on ebay. I'm just waiting for the seller to deny any wrong doing, so I can just let ebay handle everything. The lesson to be learned is, never buy a United States coin with a Confederate flag from a guy in Poland!
