There was a post where someone measured the size of the CAPS Album but I tired to search for it but cannot find it. Does anyone have the size or can find the thread that showed it with the pictures?

Note that CAPS albums come in two widths, to hold 4 or 6 pages.

I'm sure the dimensions listed above are accurate, but I'll say they are very big relative to other albums. I posted a photo of my CAPS albums next to my Danscos and Whitmans in another topic a long while back, see below. I only use CAPS currently for my ASE collection.
